FWDC Championship for RFC 2009
Basic Requirements to enroll in the Championship program:
1. Competition Vehicle Registration must be in the competitors name
2. The Current Engine Number must be on the Registration Book
3. Revenue License must be updated at the time of applying for RMV approval
4. The Chassis of the vehicle must be a production class 4x4 and must be clearly visible
5. The Body style and Model of the vehicle must match the Registration Book.
6. Vehicle must meet RFC vehicle specification
7. A valuation from a reputed valuation organization is necessary for the carnet.
8. Ability to Provide a Bank Guarantee for the value of the vehicle.
9. Valid Passports and Copies of the same of Driver & Co-Driver.
10. Rs. 15,000/- Non - Refundable Enrollment Fee for the Championship.
The FWDC will provide the following for the championship winner:
1. Container Charges CMB/KUL/CMB
2. Handling Charges CMB/KUL & KUL/CMB
3. Air Fare x 2 CMB/KUL return
4. Carnet Fee
5. MAM License Fee
The Championship winner will have to bear the following:
1. Cost of Fuel (Approx 300 USD)
2. Cost of Travel from Airport to Hotel & Hotel to Port (Approx USD150)
3. Any Trailer Service within Malaysia (Approx USD 500)
4. Any Additional Stay in Hotel other than official check in dates (USD 60 P/Day)
5. Any Vehicle Repairs (USD 20-2000 depending on your vehicle reliability)
6. Food & camping requirements (Approx USD120)
7. Road Insurance and Medical Insurance Approx USD 75)
